Are you looking for an apartment on Lake Garda where you can spend your summer? We have what you need! Our village is located a few steps from the lake and 4km from Peschiera del Garda. The famous Gardaland amusement park can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. You can also relax in our swimming pool perfect for adults and children. The apartments are equipped with every comfort: two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a kitchenette. The standard apartments are located on both the ground and first floors. The premium apartments, on the other hand, are all located on the ground floor and also have a microwave, hairdryer, sunbeds on the terrace and pooltowels.

Prices per week, minimum stay 4 weeks:

Standard apartment
June - July - September € 500 per week
August € 600 per week

Premium apartment
June - July - September € 600 per week
August € 700 per week

Booking conditions:
Included in the price: rent of the apartment, air conditioning, TV sat, electricity, gas, parking for one car, final cleaning of the apartment, towels, sheets, use of the swimming pool, VAT.
Not included in the price: tourist tax.
